As delivered with the GIN Genie X-Lite harness, this ultra lightweight 3 step speed bar fits inside a cocoon harness easily.
The 3 stage bar allows you to find a comfortable position for long glides, and is well suited to one foot operation.
The stirrup is constructed from reinforced webbing and is delivered with high quality 2mm woven dyneema lines and fitted with bungy cord to attach to your stirrup/pod.
