The BGD Diva 2 is a high-performance two-liner built to compete at the very top of the EN-D class. Racy, bold, and uncompromising, she’s the product of BGD’s Performance Quest project — years of numerical analysis and development from their R&D team, designed to beat the best of the competition and set a benchmark in her class.
The Diva 2 delivers exceptional glide, a high top speed with a full 20 cm accelerator range, and fast, responsive handling. What makes her special is the feel on bar — light B-riser pressure thanks to an unprecedented level of pitch stability from the reflex profile and short-line design. After a few hours, you won’t want to go back. Even pushed to full bar in difficult conditions, the Diva 2 remains composed and trustworthy.
Her distinctive silhouette — high arc, short lines, and pronounced raked wingtips — isn’t just for show. Short lines reduce parasitic drag and give a close, connected feel to the wing. The behaviour outside the normal flight envelope is exemplary: gentle turns after asymmetric collapses even when accelerated, controllable stalls, and automatic recovery from spiral dives. BGD also developed a dedicated line design for the size S, ensuring light pilots fly an equally competitive wing.
